Pen tool / polygonal lasso tool
When I cut out the image the white color comes in the border. When I paste the image to another background it is looking separately. Please give the comments.

When you cut or crop any images then first do unlock image layers by double clicking on layer section after that select pen tool (p) and select parts of image which you want using pen tool (p). After completed above process right click on image and select option Make Selection fron dialogue box and click OK button. Then select outer part of selection(ctrl+shift+i) next and press delete.
